This is a beautiful, small (13 sites), on a private fishing lake. The town is a gorgeous mountain town of 400 residents. The area has great scenery, woods, rivers, trout fishing and other outdoor activities. Spruce Pine is 15 minutes away and is the big town close to Bakersville. It has Walmart, Ingles and a lot of restaurants. The park sits right below Saylors Apple Orchard which is beginning to... This is a beautiful, small (13 sites), on a private fishing lake. This park is for year round lot leases only. It is the only RV park that remains open year round. The seasonal/yearly rate is $2,400. The price can't be beat. It does not include electric but does include sewer and water. Sites are very limited. As of today there is only one off lakefront site available.
