I've had nothing but a positive experience since I've been here. It's very quiet and peaceful. The yard maintenance is top notch. Everything is always clean. Anytime I need anything either Joey or Matthew are always on it. Thank you for a great place to live.

This is a heat campground centrally located to evening in Sneads ferry. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants and 8 minutes to the beach. There is a great playground and dog park. There is a community fireplace that runs on propane, so no need to carry wood. This is the cheapest place around.

I really enjoy living here. It's very quiet and peaceful. It is kind of a no frills campground but the lots are spacious and reasonably priced. I have had very good luck with neighbors. Many people choose to keep to themselves but there always seems to be at least one neighbor at any one time that I can count on if I need some help. It is kind of a no frills campground but the lots are spacious and reasonably priced. I have had very good luck with neighbors. Many people choose to keep to themselves but there always seems to be at least one neighbor at any one time that I can count on if I need some help. We have had some wonderful temporary neighbors that became friends for life. We are very close to North Topsail Beach which is strictly a family area and the beach is never crowded. The only negative is the fire ants! Being so close to the ocean the park is all sand and the fire ants are abundant. They are good at spraying when you request it but it doesn't help much. You just have to be careful where you walk. Fire ants are a problem in many parts of the south. Otherwise I'm quite happy living here.

Entrance is narrow and no place to park. In rainy season, ground is too soft for Class A motorhomes. Overnight, we sank 3 inches on the jacks on one side and two on the other. 6 volt differential between 50A legs. Low water pressure. Tap in box in ground almost covered with sand. Waste pipe is high with no threads, making a secure connection improbable.
