Concord is popular during peak season. Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays.
Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.
North Carolina weather can change quickly. Pack layers and check the forecast for Concord.
Don't miss local attractions near Concord. Ask the camp host for hidden gems and trails.

Great family-owned and operated RV parking site!. Kind and helpful brother and sister got us situated and provided a warm welcome!...Love the sound of Car power in the early evening and Charlotte is close by for the city vibe. Concord, Kanappolis, and Salisbury are all easy drives away. Of course, Lowes Motor Speedway is just a stones throw away!!

We moved from Florida and stayed at Ver-El for two months while looking for a home. It was exactly what we needed. Beautiful, no frills campground. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We were given a lovely site overlooking a green rolling hill. Not all sites are like that and we are grateful to Mantra for finding us a place we were happy to call home for two months!

So my girlfriend coming through NC from Michigan told the lady she had a converted sprinter ( class b). lol The lady said it was not an RV . They sell these at camping world, so that was weird. Glad we called because apparently if you’re not driving a huge RV then there’s no place for you there. We have stayed at multiple “RV” sites before with no issue lol. Maybe the rep just didn’t know? lol I think we’d rather do business with people who are knowledgeable.

This park is well manicured and upkept. For the most part, the people are friendly most of the time. It's located not far from uptown. They have full hook-ups and not an extra fee for power per kilowatt, which is great! They host a lot of events here, which can become overwhelming if you desire peace and quiet all of the time. Strangers roaming around can be intimidating sometimes, but they seem to keep a handle on things, which I do greatly appreciate. I am a full-time RVer and I work in Charlotte so location is great for me.

We had a wonderful experience of staying one night over Memorial Day weekend at this campground. The convenience to the race track is supreme. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hookups were easily accessible. The campground was easy to maneuver with our camper. Everyone was friendly.
