So thankful this park was able to accommodate my family on such short notice! We had a nice 3 month stay. Although it is on a pretty busy road it was quite peaceful. Pretty basic, but close to anything you would need! We were at site 7 and we did have lots of ants outside but we sprayed regularly and it seemed to keep them at bay. Had great communication with management.

I have a service dog he is a pitbull. My husband and I were trying to rent a lot for our travel trailer, they had availability and spots available until they asked about him and all the sudden I was put on hold. The lady was stuttering on her words trying to lie. and said they didn't have enough space for a big dog like him.i told them they didn't need it because he will always be inside with us... They proceed to tell me they didn't have space because they like to give enough space to set up a pen area if people wanted for their dogs. They said they would only have enough space for a Chihuahua. I know this is a lie, their website states they have "spacious lots that can fit the trailer, a vehicle, and a boat." I know what y'all did, discriminating against my service dog! It won't be me but I am telling you one day someone WILL sue y'all for doing this if y'all keep it up! This place is a joke!!! No where do I see pens set up on any of the photos on the website. LIARS!

My lot was covered in trash and dirt with a massive ant nest on it. My RV became infested after the first month and I’ve spent the past month until I was finally able to move clearing out the queen ants trying to build nests in my trailer. Park is in general disarray and although the location is nice I would certainly check your lot before moving and expect zero communication from the landlord if you’re a long term tenant. I am currently awaiting my deposit. As I have contacted the owners 3 times the past week and just got a notice they are on vacation.

Unsanitary conditions, I was being shown a site and the owner dumped out a whole septic tank full of feces on the adjoining lots house. I was told not to worry about it and to move on. The lot next to it was demoed with trash and debris all over. We elected not to stay due to the unsafe living conditions. I hope it rains or the unfortunate people in that lot will have to wake up to an unfortunate... Don't rent from these people they like to take full advantage of our young Military families. They charge them twice as much for their RV lots and electricity. Its a shame that they are allowed to do this. Our Military don't make that much money, and to be ripped off like this. They also will lie to you, and not return deposits.
