We picked up our paperwork from a bulletin board. Found our site, which was fine. Never made contact with any staff during our stay, even though the posted hours said they would be open. Laundry room wasn’t open until after ~10 am each morning which meant we missed our opportunity to use it before we left. Nice enough park, but the management left a bit to be desired…

Half of this campground has nice large shade trees, the other half is an ugly gravel parking lot, make sure you make your reservation for the good half. You have to pay quarters to use the showers. Some of the permanent residents were walking through my campsite to walk their dogs, the management should put up signs about proper campground etiquette.

This is a great Gem of a campground. Bathrooms, showers, nice big laundry room, large area for dogs to sniff, lots of good nature views with the water way surrounding much of the campground. Very friendly, well maintained, you can tell owners enjoy the campground. Nice town nearby, good entrance and exit. Saved as a favorite

We've stayed at Roughrider RV resort at least four times from a week to a month at a time, and it's beginning to feel like another home away from home. The staff are friendly, the water, wifi, and electric work great, and it's the perfect place to RV in Minot- especially when you're visiting family. We recommend, and we'll be back!

Moved here from Oklahoma with a warm weather trailer and Lived at roughrider from Oct-Apr. Was a long quiet winter. Sure it had its challenges but followed exactly what Amanda and staff told to me to do in winter prep and had a great experience. Sure winter camper living is a little tough but honestly was pretty cozy with the doggo. Campground was quiet not alot of traffic. Wifi, Clean hot showers...
