Very impressed with Highland Acres! Cheryl, Taylor, and all are friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Cheryl and her husband bought this place in 2021 and have steadily been making improvements. It is mostly a seasonal park, yet there are 3 HUGE overnight spots (see picture of ours). The WiFi is free and works great! Cheryl and her husband bought this place in 2021 and have steadily been making improvements. It is mostly a seasonal park, yet there are 3 HUGE overnight spots (see picture of ours). The WiFi is free and works great! We didn't use the laundry room, but I did check it out and there is a way to pay on your phone, so you don't need quarters. And they have a dog wash! (See picture.) They also have dog parks for small dogs and large dogs. Showers and bathrooms were clean and the campground is well manicured. Looks like they can refill propane tanks, too. Currently it is water and electric only, so make sure to get on the pump out list...they come to you! The owners are working on installing sewer for full hookups. Lots of family activities...honestly, we saw so many kids having so much fun. A lake with water inflatables, a fishing pond, a swimming pool, jumping pillows, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a playground, an arcade, a general store...all in a beautiful setting. Close by several wineries (check out Grand River Cellars!), Amish shops, Rothenbühler Cheese Chalet, and antique stores. About an hour from Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Brandywine Falls. Highland Acres truly is a hidden gem! If we are ever in the area again, we will be back. Thank you for everything.

My family decided to take a last minute camping trip here literally LAST MINUTE went and bought a tent and all the necessities required, just to be STALKED like actually this lady was weirdd making up LIES on my family and then the “owners” or “workers” were also rude, idk if it was bc we camped in just tents and not in a camper like everyone else or what but was very ODD and unwelcoming not to me... Thanks for such an unwelcoming visit our family and friends will not be visiting again.
