Clean, newer park near the train depot. Yes, there are trains that go by at all hours, but it really isn't that bad. Level asphalt spots... drives in the park are a little tight on the corners, but doable. Dog kennel at the office for when you take the train. Grand Canyon Brewery Distillery right across the street (very good food). Would we stay again... YES!

Robert, we very very helpful throughout our stay & made sure my fur-baby had a nice day at daycare while we took the train to The Grand Canyon. I loved the buddy spots. They do have some requirements as far setting up, so make sure you read the requirements. This park was walking distance to everything which made it great.

On to the negatives.. if you intended to get some quiet down time you’ll be EXTREMELY disappointed!! the RV park is “literally” almost on top of the train tracks! No, not the tourist attraction it’s the freight trains blowing horns & screeching metal on metal through out the day & night. We got one of the worst spots & we’re only a few yards from the track. Remember those vibrating beds that you used to put a quarter in the cheap hotels. Some of these trains can last up to 10 minutes. long. There’s almost no green space, no grills or fire pits & the spots are way too close together.

You are close to the Grand Canyon, take the GCR train for a great experience. Bearizona is great for kids and adults alike, we've been twice and would go again. Also great restaurants, try the Historic Brewing Barrel House for pizza. You won't be disappointed in this RV park.

A newer small campground with a nice pond and swimming area. Clean bathrooms. Need a quarter to use so bring plenty. Pond front sites are nice. Not a lot of amenities yet but they do have a playground and volleyball. Event Center is very nice. Hope they do a few more activities there.

One of the slides broke off and it has never been repaired and it is pretty steep to climb up to it. Other than that we love the campground and we will definitely be back!

The neighbors are nice but management needs to do a better job at taking care of the money. When you pay cash and in person they charge you a $19.50 service fee and they keep it hidden and they refuse to take it off your bill. They need someone responsible to be on grounds at all times that will take care of things and maintain the water instead of just letting it smell.

Nice campground, walking distance to Frontier bar and grill, Safeway store 2 blocks away, close to downtown. Campsites are asphalt and most look fairly level but ours not so much.
