This was an excellent RV Park. We had a grass front yard. Each slot has a gravel spot to set up on. The owner was very nice and personable. There is also laundry facilities on site. If we are back in this area, we will definitely stay here. Very affordable.

Absolutely perfect! James the host is beyond friendly. Camp is always kept neat and clean. Very quiet environment beside the occasional passing car. Washer and Dryer on site. James is still adding more and expanding every day and it makes it the best site we’ve been to. Don’t look anywhere else, you won’t find a better deal or better people anywhere else :)

Stayed a few days to visit grandson at Wheeling university. Small park but very clean, quiet and a great daily rate. Owner is so friendly, helpful and gracious. He is working hard to make even more improvements. Highly recommend this r.v park.

We travel for work and came in from Cincinnati, where we stayed at a campground not even close to KJ. It’s clean, well maintained and has a wonderful laundry on site. James would help with anything you may need. Quiet and safe neighborhood that me and my grandchildren enjoyed walking. You will enjoy the space that each lot has! You will enjoy the space that each lot has! We have been here for months with no issues with leaving our things over weekends. The campground has cameras for extra safety. WiFi is wonderful as well. The water will not eat your pipes.

We called to get in Easter weekend. King James didn't have room. They referred us to a local state park with water and electric/site for our 40+ towing a truck. We were happy the owners of King James helped us in our search! Tired, stressed and no one would return our calls because of the holiday they were the only ones who answered their phone.
