Sorry I didn't mean to put you down as a 1 star . I enjoyed it there the owner and maintenance guy were awesome . Loved the view ! Only real complaint I had was charging like $8.00 a day for the WIFI for the price of the space it should be included in the monthly charge . I would definitely stay there again .

It was nice and quiet. The pool was very clean, as was the arcade. However, we were told they were open for camping year round when we bought a membership. Turns out, the close the first weekend of October and do not open again until late April. We are very frustrated because the only reason we bought the membership was so that way we could camp year-round.

Buyer beware!!!! The owners of this place are horrible people. They change the rules at will and don’t care who or how it affects the residents. We bought in this park in August of 2017 rent was $1500 a year, they raised it to $2200 with almost no notice. Now fast forward 6 months and we are being told we have to move our RV and can’t sell it or get any of our $2200 rent back since they changed th... Buyer beware!!!!
