I do however believe that rules should be followed here and they are not. My children wanted to drive our golf cart but they couldn't because under age, there was 2 girls in hotdog outfits doing donuts and young not age limit and very dangerous. This camp ground is to a family friendly place but this weekend was a complete disaster since we followed the rules and had to tell my children over and over they aren't following the rules. If you could do a better job at informing campers about safety and rules would make this a lot better visit

We’ve been coming to this Jellystone for 5 years now, and it’s truly the best. At first, we thought we were just chatting with friendly staff, but it turned out we were talking to the owners themselves, they’re incredible people. You can tell they genuinely care, and it shows in every detail. The campground is beautiful, well-run, and spotless. As a camper, you notice when things are clean, safe,... As a camper, you notice when things are clean, safe, and fun, and this place nails it. Even more, you don’t see employees this happy unless the leadership is doing something right. Hats off to everyone here—you’re doing an amazing job. If you haven’t been, you’re really missing out on a hidden gem.

Drunk, smoking weed, loud and completely disrespectful. Made it where We never slept at all. We went to the office the next morning hoping to move sites so we could enjoy our time, the amenities, and get some sleep. The management team was AMAZING! Not only did they take car of us. They went way above and beyond. And checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect! Not only did they give us, a cabin, they also refunded us for our first night. The staff was always so friendly and helpful! The food truck had great lunch options. We all enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended. Not to mention, this campground is AMAZING! From the pools, the activities, to the lake. We had the best time. So many laughs and memories. Thank you for our good weekend.

Casey and Jo are always there to greet you with a smile and make the experience that much more delightful. Keep it up ladies, you’re killing it! We’ve already booked to be back!

They say the beds on the cabins are queens (which are 60 x 80). But they aren’t! They are 57 x 73! My spouse is 6’4” and he was hanging off the bed and couldn’t sleep. It was horrible. We didn’t sleep well for the 4 night stay. When we decided to measure with our measuring tape the last day we were shocked they are lying in their description. When we decided to measure with our measuring tape the last day we were shocked they are lying in their description. Asked them about it and they say they are “short queens” but they are even that! They are narrower and shorter than a queen. Overall feel manipulated and customer service did nothing to make it right. If you are big or tall- beware.
