Extremely dog friendly campground on acreage behind a small motel across from a darling dog friendly park on lake Eerie and an easy half mile walk to Lighthouse Park and a cute ice cream stand. Shady treed sites that are close together. Clean older bathhouse with great hot water Small inground pool and playground. There is a pond in the campground, great for fishing or cross the street to fish in... My family has stated here multiple times over the years. But this has been the worst. Entirely to over priced for what it is. 145.00 a night, there are bugs in our room. The internet doesn't stay on. The beds are cots with mattresses on them. My mom stayed here for many many years with her fishing buddies. She has been gone sine 2020 and she would be very sad of how it has went d... Great location and the lady that took the reservation was very nice. But if you want to charge like the big chains then you need to update and upgrade

I'll say that Leslie was great! Make sure to bring silverware and dishware. The room we stayed in looked like it just gets vacuumed and linens changed. There was a booger on the wall of the tub, a burn hole in one of the blankets, the vent in the bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 4 years, cobwebs in most of the corners (yes, I understand it's at the lake but it only takes 5 minutes to... Yet, there were smashed bugs everywhere. It was a cheap place to stay for a few days that had a pretty view of the lake.

Rooms were outdated In need of cleaning. Rack in bath was rusty. Candy rappers under the bed. We had to leave because of weather and they charged us for two nights extra. I wouldn't stay there again for free. Manager said she couldn't do anything about it. She needs a different job.

Location and price reasonable for the area great view and close to most attractions. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Water pressure amazing and keeps water hot for several showers in a row. It is your basic no frills motel but in a safe location. The only negatives would be hard mattresses and VERY thin walls neighbors kids woke us up multiple times. We brought a fan to help the air condition... Location and price reasonable for the area great view and close to most attractions. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.
