Don't get it twisted. This is by no means a resort. If you're camping and enjoy the outdoors, this place is great. The lake access is perfect for fishing or swimming. If you have a boat, you can launch it and beach it right by the hookups. Plenty of open field to play in. We have been a few times and have enjoyed it. Only negative I saw was the lack of employees working so the upkeep was lacking... Don't get it twisted. This is by no means a resort. If you're camping and enjoy the outdoors, this place is great. They offered us to move but it was in a unlikeable lot so we stayed & went to the store and bought ant killer to treat our entire lot. This as a 1st impression was daunting. And another observation was lots of people were checking in so why have a guy mow the grounds during this time!? The dirt & grass fluing around plus the noise was disturbing. They have a nice location but The property needs some work!

It is very appalling when my son is fighting for his life in the hospital and I can’t get a credit or anything. I booked the reservation on Sunday of the same week of my reservation.

We had a decent stay.Given it’s right next to the road, it can get quite loud but we got used to it. We loved the pool, and the nice retired couple living across from us. The laundry setting could use some update and maintenance.

Great location-10 minutes from Durant and Lake Texhoma. Very clean with nice facilities. Pool is an added bonus with nice laundry rooms. Owners are super nice. They have beautiful horses you can watch from your site. Super safe-they have surveillance cameras. Only negative is that spaces are close together.

I stayed at the park for exactly 1 year and would have happily stayed longer, but my RV is no longer livable. The family that owns it is friendly. The grounds are well-maintained. The laundry and bath facilities are nice and convenient. The wi-fi is good. I could regularly watch netflix. I highly recommend this park!
