This is our favorite camping spot within 200 miles. Some of the spots are amazing- pull through, on the water, and huge some have 100's of feet of space around sites just for your family. I have included some pics from our spots showing huge expanses of space that some spaces have. NOT a parking lot campsite.

Great park and great people. Camp sites are super spacious, nice and quite, the geese flocks were great. We still enjoyed our stay and the hosts were always pleasant. Loved the space to spread out and enjoy some lake floating. Verizon and AT&T service worked well for us.

We went slightly off season. It was so worth it the water was warm and perfect even for the small children. The lake was almost held by us alone. Close to the restrooms, the beach, and we even had a table with a grill. It was great.

I'll stop. Just so disappointed in what I've seen in my short visits there.

Think twice if quiet is what you are looking for. They are located very very close to a train track that seems like at least every hour a train is coming through. On top of that for some reason people think it is okay to tie a dog up outside that barks constantly. I notified the owner and no serious attempt to remove the dog was made
