Where do I even start?? Let me say this I don’t do reviews I don’t like how long they take and no where is usually memorable enough to compel me to write one but let me say I literally can’t skip writing one for here! Where do I even start?? Let me say this I don’t do reviews I don’t like how long they take and no where is usually memorable enough to compel me to write one but let me say I literally can’t skip writing one for here! Jay, Scott, and his wife were literally heaven sent. To start the phone was answered on the first (possibly second) ring EVERY time I called and texts were read and responded to within 5 minutes. These are straight good down to earth people. The rv park is very clean, full of kind sweet people, the laundry facility is wonderful and always spotless (and spacious.) The office is secure and packages can be delivered with absolutely no worries (they can even be left for a few days… They WON’T get touched.) The trash is always contained and didn’t smell once in the 2 month span I was there. It’s a gated entry with your own code so it’s easy to remember. Sites are even and grass is always maintained. If you have common sense/morals, can keep your car on the paved road, and go the speed limit you will have NO problems here!! There was genuinely nothing wrong with this place and the price point was sick! I would stay forever if I could bring them all with me! Thank you all so so much for being the best!!! Edit after reading other comments my entire family came to stay and brought our family dog…. Just gave them a heads up and let them know what vehicle would be driving through (their family lives there and they have every right to know who is on their property around their children and when!) also had no “big brother” looking down on me. Just be respectful???!!!!!

Great park! My wife’s stay as a travel nurse was very peaceful here and the folks who run the park are very nice and accommodating. She is very fond of the place and the people here, and the next time her work takes her to OKC and the surrounding area she has said she will 100% stay here again! You guys are amazing.

Worst welcome and experience in a 6 weeks trip in Murica. „What you want, no room, what’s that“. I came with a big Million$ German Expedition Overlander. Just in need of a place to park, but he didn’t even asked.

This is a very nice place to park your RV travel trailer. It's very quiet here. They don't allow children here long term (2-3 days at a time). There are a lot of trees here for shade. All well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they're on a leash while outside & you clean up behind them. The staff here are wonderful, friendly, & very caring. All well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they're on a leash while outside & you clean up behind them. The staff here are wonderful, friendly, & very caring. The RV Park is very well maintained as well. Also has a laundry facility on site that operates using debit/credit card (No Coins) & is located in the same building that is also a storm shelter. It stays very full. Had a waiting list when I got to town from Houston, Texas. Took about 2 weeks before they call me with an open lot for me. The cost when I moved in was $450 per month but, that includes water, sewer, electricity, & pretty good wifi reception all included with the rent. They also provide propane tank refilling service on site. The propane you have to pay for (not included with your rent). When you consider what all is included in the price, it's really hard to beat it anywhere. There are RV Parks that have more amenities then A-AAA Adult RV Park but, they also cost a lot more per month. Also it is a secure gated RV Park that the gate closes at night between 7-8pm. Each occupant gets a security code to open the gate from the outside after it's been closed for the night.
