Maintenance just does patch work , water shuts off often with no notice for long periods The owner hired a tree trimming company that stepped through my sky light as well as damaged my rv roof . They did fix the sky light but never would fix my roof like I was told was going to happen . When I finally got tired of my roof leaking badly the owner basicly talked... They did fix the sky light but never would fix my roof like I was told was going to happen . When I finally got tired of my roof leaking badly the owner basicly talked alot of trash then called the cops THEN GAVE ME A TEN DAY EVICTION in order to get out of paying for the damage. I dont normally write negative reviews but I highly encourage you to take your buisness else where..THERE IS NO WAY THEY HAVE A 3 STAR RATING AND IT BE LEGIT

If I could sue I would have . Me and my family had no heat for 3 months and I still have the proof and documentation of this. We had toilet issues and they were not fixed for months the land lord is rude I was called stupid. For me getting mad about having no heat in the middle of winter.The lady at the front desk had told me to stop harassing her about having no heat. It was stressful living here... It was stressful living here had to call the city of Amarillo to come fix a gas leak. We were accused of stealing a maintenance guys phone. They only fixed the heat and toilet after we told them we can’t do this anymore we need to break the lease do to them abusing the contract we signed. Our rent went from $680 to $900 due to no heat. I still have all the proof and all the documents this was the worst place I’ve ever lived and this was a complete disaster and nightmare.There was constant problem the whole time we lived there we had problems within 3 days of getting the place at the beginning and when the landlord asked if I wanted to leave I said yes but was only willing to give me my $400 deposit back not my rent I just payed 3 days ago that was $675. I was freaking out at the beginning cause that was my money.there where live wires that where exposed and the electricity company told them to Barry. The mess the left our bathroom more then once. The main switch to the trailer that was never covered that has all the power for the trailer.DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE 🙏 The landlord is a scam lord The lady at the front desk doesn’t care about u Maintenance has no idea what they are doing I honestly could go on and on about how bad this place is but I think these photos will show everyone the reality

If you’re planning on moving here, prepare to have your utilities turned off every single month for “maintenance” without any notice at all. They will not let you know the utilities will be shut off or how long they’ll be off. Gas is shut off randomly, electricity too and the water. And the office does not answer their phone, so anytime you have problems with utilities, you have to physically go t... I’ve had to replace food in my fridge several times because the power randomly shuts off and my food goes bad, the gas has shut off in the middle of me cooking, water goes out in the middle of showers. Hell, we’ve been without water for two days without any notice. Our air conditioner and heating unit does not work. We’ve called about it for months and still nothing. Overall nothing is fixed in a timely manor and they don’t care to inform you of anything.
