The bathroom and shower is super dirty and not kept up with. Bar soap in the basin for washing hands. Very unhygienic and not a new bar at that. Bath mats are dirty and old. Air conditioner is cool however it’s filthy and the filter needs cleaned. Street lighting only and inside the community building. Noisy off the hwy.

Great location along RT40. Easy in & out.Priced good. Small shower and laundry. Pay on the honor system if owner is not around. Large pull-thru spots. Had to call the owner 3 times for questions. He was quick to answer.the phone I highly recommend for overnight stay

This place is quite & right off the interstate, easy in & out. It’s pretty much a gravel lot with hookups, not fancy but for an overnight stay it’s perfect. Owner was nice & laid back. We even took some time to walk thru the town & look at some of the Route 66 history. Beautiful west Texas sunset & sunrise.

Don't stop here. They have about 9 spots that look like a small gravel parking lot and there is no store or gas station close by. The one spot that was still open the electricity did not work, the water valve was in a hole in the ground with a plastic cover. No cell service,(t-mobil) no wifi. However it was only 30 bucks for a night if you do stay there but probably cash only, no one in the office... Don't stop here.
