I've lived here since 2009 and it's been a great place for me and my family. I would recommend it as a great place to live! It's still an amazing place to live! The owner and the Manager are both very good people and will do what they can do work with you if anything unforseen happens to come your way.

It could use a little face lift..It used to be a very clean and pleasant place seems ti just need some TLC..Managment needs to hire a permanent grounds keeper to handle yards and outside upkeep would fix the problem..And not allow tennants. To do oil changes and for them to throw trash around like they do ..A few stiff fines will stop this behavior in its tracks. The folks living there all seem ve... The owner is evicting people despite the current eviction ban. Refuses to take care of any needed repairs, even if it’s putting tenants (including infants!) at risk and has harmed them. His only reply to bad reviews is claiming people never lived here, yet he never shows that concern to any of the other reviews. He doesn’t care about other humans at all.

For a mobile home park, this place is quiet and laid-back. Not a lot of nosy people as most stay to themselves. The experience that I have had is friendly and accommodating.
