This is the cutest little park! It's older, yes, but quite quaint. It's woodsy and lots of benefit for anyone who just wants to enjoy coastal living. You're minutes from town but it seems a world away. Fresh air, surf sounds, lake views and plenty of natures best...I've read some negative comments, but you know, shame on them! All you have to do is follow some basic (common sense) rules and there... This is the cutest little park! It's older, yes, but quite quaint. All you have to do is follow some basic (common sense) rules and there is no problem. The management & owner are good people and have done a good job looking out for the home owners best interest and safety. I've been in that position and it's not as easy as one would think. I am an owner in this park and can honestly say it's a really special place. Love it! Love it!

We lived here for 2 1/2 years. Rent started out at $385.00 with laundry room, showers, rest rooms and overnight camping. New management. Rent went up to $410.00 a month, no laundry room, no showers, no over night camping. Up keep minimal. Property owner absent. No complaints, paid on time like clock work. Still EVICTED

BUYER BEWARE!! This is not a good place to buy into because the manager of the park is a vengeful man. He stalks the single woman and/or people with handicaps who live here. If they stand up for themselves, he will try any way he can to cause trouble for them up to and including eviction. What is ok for one tenant may cause another to be evicted. He will look in your windows, give verbal ok's for... BUYER BEWARE!! This is not a good place to buy into because the manager of the park is a vengeful man. What is ok for one tenant may cause another to be evicted. He will look in your windows, give verbal ok's for changes to the spaces and then if you do something he doesn't like, his verbal ok is used as a weapon against you, he will video residents without permission, etc. He likes to try to ruin peoples lives and has had several people evicted from the park and taken their trailers when they run out of time to sell because he is dragging his feet to approve the new tenant. He still terrorizes some of the residents there that he was unable to get out because they have sharp attorneys.
