We were happy with this place originally. But the owners are not very good people unfortunately (though the resident manager Fred is a good man). They gave us a termination notice without any proper written notice beforehand. We were trying to get back on our feet so we had an older trailer that was not the prettiest. But the owners are not very good people unfortunately (though the resident manager Fred is a good man). They gave us a termination notice without any proper written notice beforehand. We were trying to get back on our feet so we had an older trailer that was not the prettiest. But I was working on it and had a different trailer on the way already. Despite this however we were told we MUST leave within 5 days. This has forced us into homelessness, my girlfriend is going to struggle with finishing her nursing program, also one of our kittys who escaped shortly before this now won't have a warm place to return too. *To reply to the coment by the owners on 12/05/2025* 1) I put up the siding that was provided within the week it was not underneath our trailer so that's a lie. 2) Our plumbing did work upon arival and heating as well (just not on propane) Only months after that did I realize that there were leaks ONLY in hot water lines to our kitchen so I closed the lines (which i explained in person to you) and this was well before the first freeze which happened well after your apparent warning 3) As for the flyers for our missing kitty we distributed those online seeing as that was a more feasible route. 4) We did in fact secure and pay for another trailer beforehand (i still have the screen caps as proof, which I was showing you at time of your kicking us out) 5) Were paying rent on time each month despite our temporary lack of income, withholding food even to ensure full rental payments ontime. 6) We were not told by 4 separate people about this as you claimed. YOU are dishonest dont project, that's a logical fallacy to obstruct the legitimate truth Above all else our lack of income temporarily, does not justify your anecdotal claims. Fact remains that you didn't give us proper written notice.

Conveniently located on hwy 97 in Grass Valley. Super clean, secure bathroom. Friendly, helpful host. Easy back in site, can accomodate 30 ft or 30 amp full hook up. Grassy area with picnic tables and clothes line. 1/2 mile from the market/cafe/liquor store. $30 site fee. Great stop on our travels.

This is an awesome park! The new owners are really kind and helpful! The bathrooms are spotless and spacious which is nice when you have kids. Laundry room is the same way. Even though its right off the highway its nice and quiet.
