Booked a stay here for labor day weekend with friends. There was only one tent site left, so we had to book spots that were on opposite sides of the park. Luckily, we went to the office and were able to swap sites because of a cancelation. There's lots for the kids to do to keep them busy. Playground, horseshoes, pool, basketball court, volleyball net, trails for hiking. The kids had a great time! There is a bathroom, with a code on the door. I wasn't aware that you had to pay to use the showers though. .50 for 4 minutes. The bathrooms did run out of soap halfway through the weekend, and one of the buttons fell off the keypad, so we weren't able to get in for part of the time. Luckily there were portapottys as well. The camping spots are very close together. Its great when going with multiple people, but you are also very close to people you don't know. You don't get much privacy. But like I said, if you're going with multiple groups, it's perfect.

We've visited CRR many times in the past to golf and stay in the cabins and always enjoyed it. So we were disappointed by our stay in the RV park. The site was okay but when we went to shower we found out we needed quarters but there wasn't a change machine. When you pay $50+ for your site this seemed cheap. Then we went to dump and they wanted another $15. We could have had a full hookup for... We've visited CRR many times in the past to golf and stay in the cabins and always enjoyed it. We could have had a full hookup for the same price we paid but we chose our location because it was close to the showers (haha). Will look elsewhere next time.

I came here for two nights, and made the mistake of coming here to relax. The RV park is dusty with golf carts speeding around. There’s only one bathroom for the entire RV park, and it’s a long walk - probably a football field away. Final insult is after paying about $60 a night to camp here you have to put quarters in the shower. Even that would have been ok, but there’s no change machine anywher... We LOVE the Central Oregon desert and thought the CCR RV park would be a great place to stay. As shown on their website gallery, it is mostly a gravel RV park with a few areas of grass. Our site had a small grassy area that we enjoyed. Our site was gravel (all sites are on gravel) and not level. It took many attempts to level our trailer as the gravel kept readjusting with the levelers that we had... Another issue was the power box (including water and septic) were located at the very rear of the parking space; this required a 30’ water hose (which we went to Redmond and purchased) and a 25’ septic hose (ours is 20’). We decided to use the RVPark dump station as shown on the campground map. When leaving we pulled up to the dump station and noticed there was a $15 fee (surprised this wasn’t indicated on the campground map)went ahead and paid to do this. We then went to the park office asking for consideration to refund the fee because of the site design; there was no sympathy. (We’ve been in a lot of RV spots and never had a length issue; our trailer is 30’.) Anyhow, combining all of that with the campgrounds focus on catering to golfers we won’t be returning.
