We love this park and we love the West camping loop. The East loop has a playground and open space, so families with kids tend to camp there, and the West loop is for older folks and those of us who prefer peace and quiet. The center of the West loop is wooded with a trail running through it and almost every campsite is perfect. We always choose a site facing the outside of the loop for more room and all sites are angled so you're facing more trees than campers. Sites 47-53 on the outside of the loop often come with deer visitors in the mornings and evenings! Sites are level, raked and clean with a nice lawn area for each. Hosts are friendly. Love this park!

Well when would have thought camping for 10 days in some of the weather we endured a couple weeks ago. Man the wind and rain would have thought we would have been gone but we survived. Tent a little wet inside on the floor and our air mattress got a hole but thank God for the power we had except for a day we were able to continuously blow it up to keep us comfortable. And those darn raccoon likes our food in the blind but that's ok no harm. I'd stay again and again but without the wind because hearing those trees fall not knowing where im good on that. And dang man oh man it gets I mean pitch black out u cant see right in front of u. Thank u for ur hospitality. We will return.

Dairy Creek Camp West is the larger of the 2 camping areas at LL Stub Stewart State Park. A simple camp site with a clean vault toilet and a nice view. There is a creek nearby but not exactly in camp. Definitely on a quiet spot.

A quick stop on our visit only one night. Easy access. There was only one other camper there so i can't speak to noise. Pit Toilet. NO water. I'm guessing 12-15 sights available. Great location, close proximity to many jumping off points.

its on the road, that's why its 4 stars. However, its a great jumpoff for other things. The fishing can be good at times upstream of the camp ground. Little brook and rainbows. Its fun to dip in the creek when its hot. Nice camp spots with awesome view of the giant meadow.
