A great place to take kids to play in the snow. Go early as the parking lot gets very busy, especially on weekends. We bring the camp stove and make hot cocoa to warm the kids up after they wear themselves out on the sledding hill. The bathroom is ONLY to be used in an emergency as it is really stinky. Overall a good and safe place to take your family for fun in the snow!

Perfect place to bring a first-time sledder. My four year old and I have a fantastic time, and didn’t need to use our new tire cables to make it there and back!

Fantastic sledding hill and beautiful surroundings. Parking was tricky (mostly because it was busy and at least 50% of drivers seemed unfamiliar with how to drive in/on snow so be cautious). Be prepared to take your time entering and exiting as a result.

Absolutely gorgeous views! Short hike to see the best view of waterfalls. Great place to play in the snow as well. Makes a fun little family day!

Excellent 3 mile snowshoe hike on black-diamond XC trail. Well marked. Easy with a few challenging spots. Nice vistas on lower half and big waterfall halfway. See Willamette NF website for winter trail description.
