Such a cute little spot! Not too hot and not too cold of a place, wonderful firewood and great place for a tent or an RV! The sweetest man runs the place by the name of Hal (i believe) and he has just as sweet of a dog. P.S: ask him about his car muffler joke!

What an awesome little campground! Very quiet and peaceful with a good mix of sun and shade. Nice camping spots. Very clean bathroom and showers! (ranks up near the top of my lifetime campground list of bathrooms) and the Wi-Fi was very useful. We even played horse shoes, too! Definitely would stay here again. camp owner very kind and long time campers very helpful as well

I'm sure this was a beautiful campground years ago. The place is overgrown and definitely needs attention. It is very rustic. As for the bathrooms and showers they were locked the entire time we visited. If you have a big rig and need to turn around in the park you will have to exit the park and turn around down the street like we had to. It was confusing where the office was located due to it bei... DO NOT STAY HERE.........We were stopped at the entrance by an older man asking if he could help us. I mentioned we were looking for a site, after some hesitation he mentioned he has one open for $70 a night, I told him we just are looking for a tent site. He said again it's $70 but if that's too much he could do $50 a night 🤷, the web site says $40. I felt that was a little shady. It isn't close... It isn't close to the water, the sites are overgrown and it looks as though some are residential. I couldn't help wondering if the host is trying to run a trailer park or a camp site. Ohhh he did mention we didn't have to pay for the showers and that is a full service camp. I mentioned "at $70 a night I would certainly hope not." Do yourself a favor and go down the road a little ways to Huntley. You will thank me later. 😊😊

Very nice private park that offers camping from tents to full hookups. A little more than I have paid other places. Short drove to the beaches. Just over an hour to the Redwoods. Lots of trees. Clean bathrooms and showers. Advertises internet, but we never got over one bar. Phones did work though.
