Would not recommend this place for that alone. Too many other people out there deserving of our hard earned money. Unacceptable in todays age of cell phones glued to everyone’s ear to not even get a return call.

As for the bathrooms & showers, let’s just say they should be checked, stocked and kept better! On the hook up side you are required to pay for your electricity and WiFi. It is not included in the package.

The staff are excellent. Jessica in particular went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Good location depending on your interest. Much less traffic than Bend or Sunriver. Great place to explore the many lakes and scenic drives. Also a great value compared to other RV Resorts in the area.

So starting with the good, this is in a great location. Very close to Bend and lots of fun outdoor activities. We didn't stay in an RV, but it seems like those sites are good. We didn't stay in an RV, but it seems like those sites are good. We, however, stayed in the tent area. Simply put, these sites are inadequate. Of the half dozen or so sites, only a single one had a picnic table, and none of them had fire pits. There are numerous stumps and PVC piping sticking directly out of the ground, creating tripping hazards. As we were not lucky enough to get the spot with the picnic table, we had to drive our food over to the clubhouse to cook (which we were scolded for), as the only other places to put our stove was either a stump on the ground or dry grass, leaving us no room to cook and would have been a fire hazard. Simply put, these sites should not have been offered in their current state. If management addresses these issues, they would be far more viable. As far as the facilities go, the bathrooms in the bath house were poorly stocked and dirty. I used the restroom at the end of the day, and it was completely out of paper towels and had almost no toilet paper. I had to enter the out of order stall next to me to get some more toilet paper, and discovered that the toilet was clogged with feces. We were also told upon entering that one of the showers in the men's room was barely functional. There was a very friendly cat wandering the premises, but it was clear that it was not well cared for, as evidenced by numerous mats and a strong urine odor in the manager's office. Overall, if you are here for tent camping, only choose this as a last resort.

There are a few cabins, but I didn't get to see them inside, so I don't know what they offer. The RV sight is in a field-like situation, not really any trees around. They do offer an exercise room and a social area, which was nice, not fancy but good enough. They also have free shower and restrooms. This was a great spot if you were coming to the area to hike or sight see, lot of things to do in the area.
