We love coming here. By far site 12 is the best. It has access to the river, it looks over the river and a large open site. All sites are nice but don't have view of river. Vault toilets. Starting to smell a little the day we left but over all usually clean and better then going in bushes. Some sites are right off parking if you are looking to not walk to far. 12 is about 80 feet from car and toil... We love coming here. By far site 12 is the best. We bring water and got a cart to bring over gear easier. We had while camp to ourselves for most the time because it was after labor day. Trees block most sun out so it provides great shade. About 5 to 8 degrees cooler because of it. If you have a group it's great because the site next to it connects. Not super private when full but the stream noise helps cut down on hearing others.

River access was amazing, enjoyed a nice slow morning along the bank with coffee. Well cared for facilities. Well spaced and private feeling sites. Road noise was a little much but overall not something that kept us up at night.

Great family camp site. In June the water was chest high but slow enough to swim across. Small family kayaks or paddle boards would work great here. Campfires are regulated by the BLM but were permitted in the provided ring in mid June. Each site has a picnic table. Toilets are vaulted. It is a park and hike campsite. But no further than would be expected at many sites today anyways. 4 & 6 are lar... Great family camp site. In June the water was chest high but slow enough to swim across. A neat little campground along the Mololla River. It is a park and haul campground, so you will want to have some means of carrying your gear from your vehicle. The sites aren’t too far from the parking lot, it’s just not as simple as a park-in campground. The location is perfect for playing in the water. We went when it was very warm outside. The water was amazing. No cell service at the campground, so keep electronics at home. Outhouses don’t have water or sanitizer. Plan to bring something for your hands.
