The campsite was so nice! They had bathrooms, which were pretty well maintained for a campsite. Our site was also really close to the beach and a few trails to walk or hike. The camp host was also super friendly!

There are a lot of people crammed into a small area. They do a pretty good job separating the campsites with bushes. The bathrooms or not nice. Overall I would camp here again, but a little bit of TLC would go a long way.

Nice little campground with kayaking access to the Siltcoos River. Good hiking trails along the river and out to the beach. Pick your site carefully as the parking for ours was so sloped you wouldn't have wanted it for an RV. The tent pad was excellent and the space was very private despite being right next to the bathroom.

We stayed at Waxmyrtle July 15-17, space 28. The site was a lovely open site with plenty of sunshine all day and into the evening. Directly located across from the restroom and water. It is not near the beach and the walk to the breach is beautiful but be prepared for almost 3/4 of a mile walk on dry sand. Space 28 has plenty of room for more than one tent including a little hideaway spot. The parking pad fit two cars easily. Chipmunks and blue jays were our min visitors throughout the weekend. An earlier review indicated this spot had had storm clean up and lots of debris left behind however we did not run into this issue during our stay. We would absolutely return.

Such a great experience camping here a few weeks back. We didn't get the greatest spot and it was still an amazing camping trip. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
