Disgusting bathrooms, not cleaned by manager. Find out the dirty truth about management, and you won't want kids to stay here, or any elderly adult. Watch out for your mail, it will get stolen. Ask around, talk to your neighbors. You don't want to stay here, EVER.

I love the B&E Wayside RV Park. The Landlords, Sue and Rick are Awesome people. They're very friendly and polite. I love the fact that they have a nice Clubhouse on Site. It's furnished with a nice Kitchen. There's a Billiards Pool Table to play. Rick and I usually play a few games a month. Everyone that lives around us and ally neighbors are pretty cool, and respectful. We all try and help each o... I love the B&E Wayside RV Park. The Landlords, Sue and Rick are Awesome people. Very nice, clean and quiet little mobile home park. Moved here in March of this year, MOST of the neighbors seem to be nice and friendly, mgmt seems to be ok, feel singled out lately, a lil picked on about certain rules, but, besides that, it's been a wonderful transition to start the nxt chapter of my life, with my buddy and my dog. Happy days all,.🌻🌈🌈🌈❤😎
