This place has been great! New and very quiet. Hosts are nice & the little store was a nice surprise. Laundry & restrooms are clean. Property roads and spaces are of good size, not cramped. They say a pool will be coming, but nothing had begun. So with that fact and the current higher rate they charge, I have to drop it to 4 stars. Overall, it is a great place for short - or long-term stays.

This place is way overpriced for what you get. The park is practically empty, and honestly, it makes sense. The washers are disgusting covered in cat hair and clearly never cleaned and one of them has been out of order for months. The change machine is constantly empty, which makes doing laundry even more frustrating. It’s pretty ridiculous to see guests walking in with cleaning supplies to clean... The washers are disgusting covered in cat hair and clearly never cleaned and one of them has been out of order for months. The change machine is constantly empty, which makes doing laundry even more frustrating. It’s pretty ridiculous to see guests walking in with cleaning supplies to clean the washers before sticking their clothes in. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned at all since I arrived, and there’s been no hand soap the entire time, which is unacceptable. On top of all that, no one is ever in the office, so getting any help or answers is basically impossible. There’s no pool, no sports courts, and nothing that justifies the price they charge. Overall, it’s far too expensive for what it is, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. THE PHOTOS ATTACHED ARE AFTER A GUEST CLEANED IT UP SOME!

Prime suburban location for county events with access to mountains and rivers, but considerable freeway noise. Spacious concrete sites but minimal green space (a large tank was dropped off in the unfenced dog area, plus landscaping didn't remove prickly weeds that were everywhere). Friendly service but rare availability on-site. Excellent water pressure but there was a burst line that left us without water intermittently. Nice laundry room but limited machines for 170 sites, and some of the machines were out-of-order for weeks, and quarter machines ran dry. Decent monthly rate for the area but seems overly priced for the daily. This place suited our purposes for a month's stay and all of the people we met were very nice.

This was our first visit to this brand new RV park! The manager was waiting for us as we arrived and gave us instructions and offered any assistance that we might need to get settled into our space. Visited there due to some friends being up here with their RV. They originally had reserved a place in Vancouver but it was dirty and run down. Their RV parks is very new. Nice wide spots with individual grass areas. Very clean. Since it's new the trees and landscaping are a bit small but over the next few years they will fill in and allow more privacy between spots and with surrounding homes...
