I’m suspicious of all the recent five star reviews because this is not a five star location. It is nothing more than a parking lot for RVs with small strips of weeds between. We were assaulted by wasps when trying to hook up as there was a softball sized nest in the tower. 90% of the spots are long term residents with one having a vicious dog that we saw almost attack someone. It’s quite pricy as well with a 30 day cancellation policy which is ludicrous for travelers. I’ll never reserve with this chain again.

Brand new park, excellent location & manager, no shoddy trailers, very nice laundry room, restrooms & showers. Was worried it was part of the fairgrounds but it's not & we couldn't even hear the concert playing. Only problem I had was GPS took me to the fairgrounds. Go straight thru the stoplights, don't turn toward the fairgrounds.

Not impressed. Stayed here 3 nights. The "Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park" is adjacent to the fairgrounds. But there is no access to the fairgrounds! Like, how easy would it be to put a pedestrian gate with a key code? Second, my spot had trash and food in it. Third, one of the RVs of longterm tenants had black water (raw sewage) leaking out from the RV. Super gross and unsanitary. And this was u... Not impressed. Stayed here 3 nights. And this was unit #1, right by the office. You would think the office could smell it?!? Wouldn't recommend staying here. Best look elsewhere. ✌️

Wonderful facility. We were there one night, for a concert. Well worth the money to stay. Short walk to the venue- clean- people were friendly. Easy in out access- big pull thru spots. Would recommend to concert goers- show up early- get set up- and relax before the show! It was fun walking with everyone to the concert.

Had a wonderful stay here. The park is very clean and quiet. The bathrooms are spotless, and the washing facilities are well maintained. The wifi was good, so we had no problem using our satellite for local channels. The office was friendly and accommodating. We needed a late checkout because of a meeting we were attending, and it was no problem. 👍

We found this place last year when we stopped at the adjacent county museum on our way north. Heading south we decided to try one night. I originally booked a FHU site but had to change my reservation. They graciously changed my reservation but I could only get a water/electric site. They didn't give me a refund for the difference but also didn't charge me their $10 change fee, so in essence they did charge me. As I said last year, this is just a gravel parking lot with no privacy. There is a restroom with showers but they are across the road and technically inside the fence for the fairgrounds. The fence looks like it is normally locked and there isn't a code or any apparent way to access them if the fence is locked. I would not count on these being available. They were clean but very poorly lit. Each shower only seems to have one 15watt bulb. Didn't use so I can't tell you about water pressure or temperature but saw others using them so they must be ok. Note that on Sunday the restrooms and showers were locked after their race event and were not unlocked until after 10am Monday as we were leaving. I paid $10 to dump before realizing that there was a reserved FHU site that was vacant that I could have dumped in. Lesson learned. When we arrived on a Sunday there was some kind of funny-car race ending at the race track across the road. There was a lot of vroom-vrooming from compensating men as they packed up their toys. But by 6pm it was quiet except for freeway noise which wasn't too bad. By 7pm we were only 1 of 7 campers. There are train tracks very nearby and they blow their horn as they pass by. Both the trains and the freeway seemed to quiet down after 8pm. I paid $35 plus a $5 junk fee to place my reservation. Supposedly it is only $30 if you pay on site. Place is overpriced and I can't recommend it. We camped at Douglas County Fairgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

The fairgrounds is a great place for large events and the facilities are in good shape. How each event goes is really based on who runs it, but the facility is good

This is a great rv spot to get off the highway for the night. Many flat spaces with hookups. Found it in rhe middle of the night last year. Ir was $35.00 cash in an envelope and you are in. Easy in and out with any size rig.

This place is amazing! The camp hosts are friendly and accommodating. They patrol the park to ensure safety and keep the grounds , showers and facilities clean and tidy. The daily cost is minimal with large spots ready for most size rv coaches, trailers and fifth wheel units. The park is 2 minutes off the I5 for easy access. And minutes to shopping food gas and great restaurants. Dennys breakfast... This place is amazing! The camp hosts are friendly and accommodating. You can book online for a 14 day max stay and while no sewer hookups, the dum station is on site with super easy pull through access. Don't forget cash for your dumped ($10 as I recall). While close to freeway the traffic noise is minimal at best. This is a great base location for exploring the area. Cell service is terrific and park offers wifi as well.
