About Forest Lake Resorts

Campground in Oregon.

Forest Lake Resorts offers a wonderful Pacific Northwest camping experience in picturesque Seaside, Oregon. Nestled in a region known for its dramatic coastal beauty, natural forests, and small-town charm, this RV park serves as an ideal basecamp for exploring one of Oregon's most beloved coastal destinations.

Seaside itself is a classic Oregon beach town that has welcomed visitors for generations. The famous Seaside Promenade stretches along the sandy shores, providing the perfect setting for evening walks, beachcombing, and enjoying stunning ocean views. The town maintains a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that appeals to families, couples, and solo travelers alike. You'll find the community genuinely welcoming, with local shops, restaurants, and galleries reflecting the area's artistic and cultural heritage.

The natural setting around Forest Lake Resorts makes it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The region boasts excellent opportunities for hiking, with nearby trails ranging from casual strolls to more challenging adventures through old-growth forests and along coastal bluffs. Birdwatching is particularly rewarding in this area, especially during migration seasons. Anglers will appreciate both freshwater fishing opportunities and the chance to explore the Pacific's tidal zones. The surrounding landscape transitions beautifully between temperate rainforest and rugged coastline, offering constant visual variety.

Visitors to the area often enjoy exploring nearby attractions including historic lighthouses, scenic viewpoints, and small coastal villages that dot the Oregon coast. The region's mild climate and relatively dry summers compared to other Pacific Northwest areas make it accessible and comfortable for much of the year. Morning fog rolling in from the ocean creates an atmospheric ambiance that many travelers find magical.

Forest Lake Resorts' location on Greenwood Lane positions you close enough to access everything Seaside offers while maintaining a peaceful, nature-focused setting. This makes it ideal for those seeking an authentic Oregon coast experience without sacrificing comfort or convenience. Whether you're planning a week-long escape or passing through on a longer coastal journey, the area provides the perfect blend of outdoor recreation, small-town exploration, and peaceful retreat.

I came in there and Michelle Butler made me feel so at home and so appreciated. I was so concerned about the new rules about reservations and she is my mind that me and my family would still be able to make memories. Michelle Butler is above and beyond the most important aspect of my whole trip because it doesn’t matter the campfires in the marshmallows that wouldn’t of happened if she had made me feel really comfortable I was about to leave this park, but she made me feel comfortable enough to stay please if anybody can hear me the amount of customer service that somebody has to make you feel comfortable out for seas anything Compared to a stay it’s more than just to stay is making memories and making you feel like you’re part of a family thank you Michelle Butler for all that you’ve done for me and all of my stays and making my family feel like we were at home

We loved the indoor pool here, almost was in it everyday. Lots of activities to do (basketball, beanbag toss, playground, fuseball, etc.). Enjoyed the clubhouse, comfy spot for kids to do homework.

No toilet paper in the community bathroom. Felt like a rundown trailer park. I had to walk at least 3.4 mile if I wanted to use the pool, clubhouse etc on the good side. Booked 3 nights , stayed one. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
