My family and I have lived at this park for about 10 months. During these 10 months we have never had a problem, the people here are AWESOME, we all looked out for one another. We also made friends that we now consider family. We are sad to go to our next location, BUT we WILL be back. Thank you Dee for such a wonderful time here and for always looking out for your tenants. We love you 💜

The town is great the RV Park sucked. This was one of the worst RV parks we have stayed in. Not because it’s dirty cause it’s new but because of all the rules they have and the lies that they tell. Not because it’s dirty cause it’s new but because of all the rules they have and the lies that they tell. First off they tell us we can’t have the end space due to they had it rented already to a family with little kids. Well we were told you couldn’t reserve a spot, hmm guess this was because we didn’t have small children. But we were there for three months and well no one moved in until 3 weeks before we left and it was a retired couple. Also we were told that there was going to be internet in two weeks, we moved in there the end of March. In May they finally got it but then it had changed, she told us it would be included but when they got it well guess plans changed cause now in order to get it we would have to sign up with her internet provider for a small deposit then pay for it ourselves. We chose not to do this cause we knew we were leaving and it would have been a waste of time. They don’t have a BBQ area that they claim to have, no trees but you can get a smell from the sewer when your neighbor dumps his sewer cause they are vented right next to the trailers. The water pressure is the worst. They told us to just fill our tank and use our pump, why park with hook ups then right. If the sprinklers or your neighbor was using water it was even worse and we knew the town wasn’t like that as we were working in town. They only had small garbages and most the time they were full. We were told we needed to rinse our garbage before we deposited in bins. This was just nonsense. We both had to pass a background check that cost us $70 I understand to some extent but heck that just insane. You can reach out your door and touch the neighbor. The spots are seriously tight. There is a school next to it but beware if the baseballs they do try and hit the trailers or vehicles as we have watched them do that. They hit our newer pick up and put a nice little dent. As we had talked to the landlady about it and told her she might think of getting something done. 2 weeks later they tagged it. we told her that they finally hit it and she said well don’t turn it in to your insurance you can just stay here for free for the next week we were leaving the next day. She also asked us not to call the police. Well we did both. You won’t believe the rules once you read her “rules”. Also the parking is backwards then what you would think also. It’s not set up very good. Also we weren’t allowed to even put down an rug and the grass dried out and made a mess of our trailer. So good luck to anyone that stays here. I hope your experience will be better than ours.

Recently upgraded . Clean and well kept. Closest place to town to camp while visiting our beautiful town and surroundings. Nestled in a green valley with the Crooked River winding throughout the Golf Course.
