Extremely rude and disrespectful staff that are unprofessional. The showers are disgusting and outdated. They will rip you off with their overpriced dirt they rent. My advice to anyone is go somewhere else this RV place is contaminated with dirty disrespectful garbage

It's not too shabby. I've been here for 17 years at Tom Ables. My husband our cat lucky and myself. The owner of Tom Abels Nancy is an exceptional human being. We are happy here.

They will happily take your $25 application fee and wont look at it. I have callled and waited for months there answer has been "we haven't looked at it yet, we will call you when we do" (whith an attitude). I was told by them that they would call and let me know if i was accepted with in 3 days of my application, months later nothing! But they will happily encourage you to stop by and drop off an... But they will happily encourage you to stop by and drop off an application and pay their fee "there are always people moving out and you can be the next on the list". I think they are purposely robbing people and thats why I am writing this comment so people can be aware.

Lived here for a few months. Had no problems whatsoever. Manager is very nice people. Had problem with free cable and the owner came to my house herself to help solve problem. I like it here.

Nice and clean the management rocks and really nice people the bathrooms are very clean and I would recommend living there if you can get a spot get it they go quick love it there
