We drove through and left after briefly speaking to Terrell, the manager It is supposed to be for part-time and full-time, but it will take a long time for that to be accomplished. We asked for a refund and were told that he would request it. We are considering it a donation to the unhoused. In my opinion, offering this site for anything other than full time is a scam.

I booked my long term stay and when I arrived my I was greeted by friendly neighbors and my stay has been just amazing! I’m able to relax and am getting settled in and my dog absolutely loves it. No issues with other guests. Everyone has been respectful, friendly, and helpful. All the kindness is much appreciated.

Called for spot location and was given lot # only to find a personal vehicle of a long term resident parked there. The place is dirty with bags of stacked garbage all around rv’s and trailers which stunk just to drive bye. Requested the reservation office to cancel and rebook at other possible rv park and was advised they would call back in 15 min. No return call. Re-contacted reservation center (Arey) who stated there was no history of my previous call, yet I would not have a lot # had I not called? Hmm requested to cancel reservation at this time and was advised I could cancel but would have to wait 2-3 weeks for “the lady” who makes the decision whether or not I get a refund to contact me regarding getting a refund. Do not use any of Tri-cities RV services, the location is completely misrepresented, dirty, and mismanaged.

0 stars - DO NOT STAY HERE if you are passing through. Listen to the other reviews as I should have done. The spot we reserved was blocked by another vehicle. No one was available from the office to contact / business was completely unresponsive. And you can't get your money back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s filthy, unsafe and trashy. There are NO refunds for a reason. Most RV’ers would take one look at this place, turn around and stay in a Walmart parking lot before staying here. The on site manager is trying to fix the place up but doesn’t appear to have the support of the owners. If giving negative stars were an option, I would have given -5.

Since the maintenance guy left, I was worried about who I'd be calling in the middle of the night if something went wrong, but Albert’s 'can-do' attitude put all my fears to rest. It is a rare and compelling luxury to feel so genuinely desired as a tenant. After our interview, I knew I wanted to be ‘locked in’ at Tri City R.V Park with his specific level of expertise. If you are looking for a place where you are truly taken care of by the best in the business, Tri City is the only choice."

Beautiful park, easy access on and off the freeway. Close by the casino and a lot of beautiful sites to see in the area. Close by shopping with amenities on site. If you’re looking for a relaxing place, definitely recommend checking it out!
