Great place for camping. This place has been very safe for camping with my family. The staff and guests here are extremely nice and friendly. All sites are nicely paved and level. I believe all sites have power water and sewer. Some sites are better then others. Most have parking for a travel trailer and tow vehicle. Rates are a little expensive, we normally pay about 60 per night. I wish they had... Great place for camping. This place has been very safe for camping with my family. My family needed a place to stay for just a night. It's safe, clean, quiet, and cost-efficient. The staff was nice. I'd stay there again.

Stayed here for 10 months, never had an issue. Very clean and quiet environment, neighbors were always friendly. There are male and female bathrooms with free showers, always clean, except for the occasional paper towel on the floor. Laundry is super cheap compared to laundromats. I do wish they would open the off-leash dog area though. Highly recommend!

We been here since April and have enjoyed staying. We have our dog Max and we walk him to the dog area and he enjoys himself. There is a park up within walking distance, up the hilly sidewalk. Very centralized, YMCA practicely around the corner, with indoor pools, many restaurants fast food and sit down. We seem to have everything within 15 minutes any any direction. The rent space is a pull through so we pay a bit higher rent. There are several really ideal spots, but long time residents already have them. I'm sure you can get on a waiting list. We have enjoyed staying here and recommend this Vancouver Mall RV Park 😍 have a great day!

This is a trailer park with no trees or green spaces, very tight and close spaces. It’s not at all an rv park, better to spend the night at a rest stop if you need an overnight. The location is between car sales lot and a busy road. I wouldn’t recommend for travelers, it’s long term parking for residents.
