❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Merritts Pond. The Owners are down to earth people. Beautiful campground ,and very clean . Sites are level which is a big plus. We are back again this year at this Private Campground. It is NOT close to Rt 220 as someone else had posted on here. The most beautiful and relaxing Campground that we go too. You can’t ask for nicer Owners of the Campground. They always make us feel like 1... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Merritts Pond. The Owners are down to earth people. Beautiful campground ,and very clean . Sites are level which is a big plus. One of my favorite places to camp ever. Look forward to coming here every year to fish. It’s a great place to kayak and the fishing is fantastic. It’s also a beautiful place with nice views if your not into fishing. Great place to kayak.

The pavillion had fans and a beating view of the lake. It was a great place for a reunion.

I actually stayed here in April 2016, but I am just catching up on reviews. This is probably the favorite campground I have ever stayed in....however, my desires and what makes me happy may not be what you want....so here's why I loved this campground. It's small and there's nothing to do here except look at the water and relax, probably fish, kayak, or other low level activities. It's about 15... It's about 15 spaces, all with nice green space next to them on a lovely, large pond. There's a bath house, but no showers. There is full hook up. It was $30 per night when I stayed. The owner is super nice. The night I stayed I was the only person there. It was ideal. So if you are looking for a place with lots of activities, this isn't it...but if you are looking for a quiet campground in a lovely setting in the mountains, this is perfect.
