they raise the rent by double the rate of inflation and they don’t put any of that money back into the park. the roads will kill (not beat up, kill) your car very quickly. the road is just chunks of concrete at this point and the water is brown, not clean enough to shower in let alone cook with. please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!!

Lots of overgrowth in certain areas, trash all through the park, and far too many stray animals. A friend of mine who lives there had encountered aggressive dogs on the loose twice, and close bear encounters twice before curfew hours; once in the spring and once in the late summer.

Nice place to live, as with anywhere it could use some improvements. I have been a visitor off and on for many many years. Over the time it has greatly changed with the new owners, I just miss the old playground theres not much for entertainment for younger kids except a basketball half-court. Would be great to have a playground again!

They raised the lot rent once again yet they still haven't fixed the roads, the potholes will destroy your car. The water is still brown, undrinkable and so highly chlorinated it burns your eyes and causes your hair to fall out. There's so many abandoned trailers because people would rather leave them than stay here. The cops are always here for something and the drugs are so bad. They will write... They will write you up for not cutting your grass fast enough though.. worst place I've ever experienced.

Don't do anything with the trailer court roads or other landscaping or the dead trees. Other than that not bad place
