My wife and I were one of the couples who lost out when Runamuck closed. We were fortunate enough to find a newer camper for sale at Cozy Oaks. We ended up getting a site in a different campground for about half the price, but, naturally, the amenities were less. That being said, although we ended up moving out, Jen & Ben were very helpful and reasonable in helping us along. We ended up paying the deposit and a month's lot fee, which was entirely acceptable. They were so nice to us and so helpful! They are a great improvement over the previous managers. Cozy Oaks is a very nice campground, but in the end we just couldn't afford the yearly fee, since I am now retired. If you want a beautiful campground with lots of activities, Cozy Oaks should fill the bill!

We loved this place! They were so accommodating with a short notice for us to book a cabin while in town. The staff was so nice and gave us their number to call anytime day or night if we needed something. The pool was great! The cabin was very clean and supplied. Laundry open 24/7. Anytime we needed to get in the store they were right there. This is a wonderful place for a family! We thoroughly... We loved this place! We stopped here to check this place out at the end of June 2025. It is an ok campground. It is somewhat dated. The pool was not clear water for some reason. The trailer spots seemed ok. It seems like it is a good campground for kids.

Disappointed in our first trip. "Lit playground" was a street lamp that wasn't really even at the jungle gym but a little distance away. Jungle gyms pictured online did not exist, what was there was small and in rougher shape. Pool was warm and neat but dirty. Camp store was never open. Nice pond and pavilion. Mini golf is plywood on 4x4's and weak spots that give. Unfortunately will not be return... Disappointed in our first trip.
