Every body that lives their are low income , and u can't drink the water it's bad . The water is brown and stuff floating in it . They failed the safety of the water. But the still charge u for water u can't drink People that live their have to buy their own water to cook with and drink . $390.00 is a lot for lot rent Espt for low income families. They keep raising it on them to push them out. The park floods every time we get a bad rain. Those lots are not worth $41,000 a lot Not even close, the ground is always saturated. When it rains the water runs in off the cornfields and it comes in from the main road and floods it enough to move a trailer blocks out from under neath them . They had to relevel a couple trailers . Rent a lot at own risk . I moved the hell out . Good people live their , but get treated badly

The new company (Stackhouse) that has taken over is great. They’re cleaning up this community as best they can. I can’t wait to see what they have in the plans for that gorgeous lake. Our beautiful white swans are going to be so much happier!!! And not to mention my property manager Cody N. is awesome. Always happy to help and tries his best to give updates and tries to help out.

I mean, it’s alright. It’s a place to live. But it looks a lot like a case of nobody (not the maintenance nor management) cares to keep the space solidly running. Many trailers are in disrepair and unoccupied, the lake isn’t cared for, and the care for the gravel roads is just lazy; we will never escape from the potholes. I don’t think there are any words that exist that could do this park justice... I mean, it’s alright. It’s a place to live.
