While I completely understand the reasoning during the season, having grown up a few hours north. Myrtle Beach is almost indescribable to any who hasn't been here as it rivals places like Las Vegas, New Orleans, and LA beaches. Our home parks in WA welcomes visitors from Briarcliffe, much like most other parks, with no additional or hidden fees, but alas that reciprocity is not afforded here. While the parks location puts it high on many list, it is not a premium resort. Only it's location and staff's customer service make it 4-stars. The park and facilities appear to be well maintained; the services and sites are as advertised, and as expected from a quality beach resort, however they fall just shy of what you would expect of a premier resort. With better reciprocity regarding fees to affiliate groups, and minor investments in enhanced amenities, there is no reason this park wouldn't be full year-round with a waiting list. Even in the off-season. I've spoken to several fellow guest on-site and everyone agreed they would have stayed a full month if the park allowed it, even more so without the additional fees. I don't know the math, but it seems a full park would be ideal...

We camped there for several days and it was clean, and staff we professional and friendly. Even though our campsite was near a major road, noise level was not an issue. We could hear the kids at the day care next door...they were definitely having fun 😁

What a great RV Resort. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here through a membership and they were so welcoming and the location is amazing. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops and not too far from the beach or tourist spots.

The park is fine. We camp every summer for 3 months all over the US. We are very familiar with campground etiquette and have never had a problem before. We have a 2021 Passport travel trailer. We set up a canopy on our lot. They called us and we immediately took it down. That was on us. We hadn't read the rules closely enough. After that it was constant badgering by security. Part of a tire was on... Part of a tire was on the grass, when we moved the truck we had a violation for part of a tire on the part of the concrete considered patio. We walked around and took pictures of 20 vehicles on the grass within 2 streets near us with no violations. The grass isn't nice green grass. It's mostly dirt. The security guard knocked on our door and said we had a violation for having a small refrigerator on a table outside our door that wasn't even plugged in. The people next to us had several small appliances on a table. He said we had 4 other violations he could write us up for right then and have us evicted. He didn't tell us what they were. Many of the campers are seasonal and he said he gets calls all day long of people reporting each other. We felt we may have been targeted because we were camping with a discounted camping program they offer. Our site tag was a different color than the other ones so we were easily discernable. This experience was a dark spot on our first trip to beautiful Myrtle Beach.

The resort is on a busy street but it is not loud. Very well kept. The putt putt was very well maintained. We didn't do much there because there is so much to do in the area.
