Do you appreciate like new, extreme clean restrooms? Instead of facing a row of sinks,showers, and toilets with three doors occupied, individual bathrooms with toilet, shower, and sink? Do you appreciate a spanking new laundry? Did I mention, I am 1 /12 miles from downtown Hot Springs where we are in love with Mocassin Springs? Can you believe we are the luckiest campers on earth to have Evans Plunge, Hot Springs SD, Mornin' Sunshine Coffee House & Catering, Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce? Free spring water from the Kidney Spring? And then to dream that just up the road is Wind Cave National Park and Custer State Park? And when our vehicle broke down, the sincere help of Hills Edge Auto Sales? Can you dream of staying at a ranch with that mighty South Dakota sun rising over the mountain in front of us dissolving into a galaxy of stars? And the onsite husband and wife owners oh so friendly and concerned for our comfort? Looking for a campground open all year? Could this be a dream every RVR or tenter longs for?

We are building a house about 20 miles from the campground. Our current residence is a 7-hour drive away. We have had our camper at the campground for about 3 months. The owners have been absolutely wonderful!!! The have assisted us when the inverter went out in aur camper. We used their battery charger for almost 2 weeks while waiting for the new inverter. The grounds are very well kept. The bath houses and laundry facilities were the best. Our German Shepard puppy (29 weeks old and 75 pounds) loved to play at the 'puppy park' located at the campground. We highly recommend this campground!!!!

I spent a very pleasant week at this campground. Dave and Laura were friendly and knowledgeable as the hosts. The bathrooms and showers were obviously new, very clean, very nice. Felt like soft water, possibly just the Hot Springs water. Right by the highway, but this place was very quiet. The only thing you heard was an occasional dog bark and I had one of them with me.
