So my aunt and uncle were coming from Texas for my sisters wedding and we went there to see if they had spots for them the day before and they were open but nobody was there so tried calling NO ANSWER of course and it was trashy to kids on golf carts when they weren’t allowed to unless they were family of the owner anyways but it’s just not a good place

We camped in Sheridan Lake which is absolutely beautiful but has no showers or RV dump station. After 4 days it was time to check out, and they recommended THIS lovely establishment to visit for our needs. Even though we didn't camp there, they will let you pay to use the facilities. I think it was $10 to clean out the black tank, and $5/per person to shower. ABSOLUTELY one of the best shower... ABSOLUTELY one of the best showers I've had in my life, the whole family agreed -- we were Brand New People after getting all cleaned up! Thanks to the owners for having this service available to anyone, and to host for her prompt attention and courtesy! You're FarOut 😃

We (two adults and quite a few children) spent a week in the big cabin again this summer and had the best time! The location is gorgeous. Yes it's next to a road but it's not obnoxiously close. Far enough that we were more than comfortable letting the kids play tag and ride bikes around the campground without having to worry. Lakes, hiking, museums, aerial adventure parks, etc, are all very close... We (two adults and quite a few children) spent a week in the big cabin again this summer and had the best time! It's a wonderful place and our family always has fun there!

We stopped here to see if they had any availability for the night for our group. The host was nice and greeted us. She had to call the owner to discuss pricing. We overheard the owner on the speaker phone ask, "What kind of asian are they? Chinese?" We definitely didn't feel welcome and left.

Great little campground with tent, RV/camper hook up spots and quaint little cabins. Bathrooms and showerhouse and a little laundry room are great to have access to. A playground for the kids to play at, and pet friendly. 4 miles from hill city, couple minutes from Sheridan lake, great central location to anywhere in the hills.
