From the check in, to our conversations with the owner our experience was really great. This is a newer campground and in my opinion they have really done a great job of the layout, the individual sites and all of the amenities at the park. The only suggestion that we had for the owner would be to add some signs on the road leading to them to help RV'ers know that they are on the right path to the park. This park is a little out in the country but once you get there it is a hidden gem!

Beautiful campground. Loved driving on the nearby roads, such beautiful scenery. Grounds meticulously kept, great pavilion. Full service for RV's, water, sewer, electricity. Mike the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming! Great place to unwind. Even had a play area for our 3 small pups. Will definitely go back

Nestled in the hills, this campground was the most peaceful ever! Mike, the owner, was incredibly hospitable with a true gift of caring and giving of his time. I loved being there so much we've already booked again to return. This time, we'll return with our motorcycles in the fall. The area is beautiful, and Mike is a talented and terrific guy. We were so lucky to find Short Creek. It is a gem of a place thanks to Mike.

We just arrived and had a problem with our awnings. I asked the owner Mike if he knew a local RV mobile tech. He said he was handy and had a ladder, so maybe we could try to fix it ourselves. Low and behold we fixed it and he was on his way. It is a great place and amazingly peaceful. We will return if in the area. Update: we already booked another stay. Mike added more sites and continues to be the best host ever. We brought friends in their camper this time and Mike moved things around so we can be next to each other. You have to enjoy this peaceful setting with no highway traffic noises.

There are not enough stars to rate this RV park. Quite, nestled in the hills, beside the creek. Wonderful amenities, but the people are the best. The store and restaurant has all you need. I loved the hot wings and ice cream. There is plenty for families and kids, with the playground, putt putt golf, bikes, boat, canoe and kayak rentals, or just relax and enjoy the views. The landscaping is beautiful. Thank you for a great weekend. We'll be back.
