We are from New Braunfels and had a baseball tournament at Parsons. Cabins were clean and comfortable, the location near the lake was great. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great experience overall! Clean cabins, very well maintained. Everything worked properly. The staff and management were extremely helpful, courteous. And professional. They showed us they cared about our visitor experience and our safety. They went above and beyond. Not just good but great! A 2 thumbs up recommendation! We plan on returning in the near future.

The cabin I stayed in was a great little find. I was traveling for work, so the proximity to the lake didn't really play into my decision. But it was in a great location for me. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and had a great A/C. Well worth the price.

We have been planning our family reunion since September and found Whitney Ridge Resort for September 2026. We haven’t had our reunion yet but Nancy in the office has been super helpful with our planning and providing me information since I live so far away. Great customer service so far! I’ll update the review after we have our reunion this September.

Great place for a weekend trip to the lake. We stayed in Cabin 1 because it was just the 2 of us and that cabin has 1 king bed. The cabin was very simple but clean. I was concerned about the location because it was close to the entrance and farthest from the lake, dock, pools, etc. There was very little traffic in and out so it was quiet, despite the location. We walked around the resort and found... Great place for a weekend trip to the lake. We stayed in Cabin 1 because it was just the 2 of us and that cabin has 1 king bed. The cabin was very simple but clean. I was concerned about the location because it was close to the entrance and farthest from the lake, dock, pools, etc. There was very little traffic in and out so it was quiet, despite the location. We walked around the resort and found that it wasn’t too far. The resort was not crowded at all (last weekend of September). The office personnel were courteous. The manager saw us sitting outside and stopped to visit and was very nice. We took our boat and were able to rent a slip for the weekend. There is an overflow parking area to park your boat and/or trailer, if needed. The boat ramp was easy to maneuver and parking was nearby. There is a marina store with gas for your boat. We would definitely go back again.
