Great experience, you can pay online, they have ice they have a laundromat and a bath house, great rural location, but close enough to town whenever you need groceries, and the price was better than anywhere else around. Absolutely will be staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, quiet, convenient, and very well priced. David, the owner of the park, is very knowledgeable of the RVs and a super nice man. Really enjoyed my stay there and hated to leave. Hope to return soon.

Had David move my RV from Porter TX to Roganville TX. Very professional, very safety concerned for him and the customers RV. Helped me level it. This man knows RVs. If you need one moved I highly recommend him for the job. He also has first class equipment. Thank you Dave.

We’ve been at Riverpark RV for about a year now, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. John is incredible he genuinely cares about his tenants and takes real pride in keeping this park safe, peaceful, and well maintained. You can feel the difference when an owner actually shows up and looks after their people. Being right next to the beautiful Nueces River is just the cherry... The setting is calm, grounding, and honestly one of the prettiest spots around. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet RV park with a caring owner and a great atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend.

We stayed here in a 5th wheel for a month while working in Three Rivers. We have stayed here several times before & will continue to stay here when we are in the area working. He keeps the park in great shape & is always there to help out when anyone needs anything. With this major drought in South Texas, the Nueces River is at historical lows but John still has the area by the water looking great. We were able to catch some catfish, we saw tons of birds from painted buntings, green jays & lots of beautiful cardinals. There were lots of deer around & we loved watching them every night under the beautiful sunsets. The park is a very quiet, peaceful & clean. It is about a mile off of Hwy 281 & has around 35 large & level spots. There is not a bath house but there is a laundry room with a couple of washers & dryers. Most of the people there are long termers that work in the area. Everyone that we met has been very friendly, nice & laid back. George West is just a couple of miles away & several nice restaurants from pizza, steak, seafood & of course Mexican Food! There is a Tractor Supply, hardware stores, dollar stores & a Lowes grocery store. Three Rivers is less than 10 miles away, Beeville is around 20 miles, San Antonio an hour or so & Corpus Christi about an hour. We love this place! Thank you John, keep up the great work & we hope to see you soon! Mel & Jean

The park itself was very well-maintained and quite unique. Electrical is top notch at exactly 122 V and 60 Hz. Water and sewage was exactly as expected. Very easy to pull through with our 34 foot bumper pull. Also there is an awesome creek or river that runs behind the park. We got our fishing poles out and had a great time the day of our departure. We saw several very unique birds, including a K illdeer, and Vermillion Flycatcher. Overall the park is very well cared for, very clean, and there are bright stars at night. Great rope swings at then back of the park. Quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this and will be staying there again.

Stayed overnight on 12/29/21. What a lovely surprise this little RV Park was. Very small, which gave it an intimate feel. Well kept grounds and friendly owner who met us when we arrived and walked over in the morning to tell us goodbye. There is a bit of confusion as to check in procedures. You actually just choose your own spot and pull in. Those closest to river are back ins, but we chose a pull... Stayed overnight on 12/29/21. What a lovely surprise this little RV Park was. There is a bit of confusion as to check in procedures. You actually just choose your own spot and pull in. Those closest to river are back ins, but we chose a pull through since we were just staying overnight. Some spots had trees which made for nice shade, but our 39’ fifth wheel was too high, and we didn’t want to incur roof damage. Just across the street is a small airport, but not much activity. Although the park is easily accessible from the main highway, it’s far enough away that it’s very quiet. Internet worked fine with a little buffering now and then if you were streaming but no problem for other uses. No cable. Folks staying in the park were very friendly. I think most were long term campers, but you don’t see the junk around the campsites that you usually see with long termers. Felt very safe. John, the owner, told us they were catching bass in the river, but we didn’t get to do any fishing. Would love to come back when we can stay longer.
