Inviting and clean park with a modern design. Wonderful staff and easy online booking, check in and out processes. They are still under construction....adding more spots and a pool next year. Good dog park. 2 community fire pits in the pretty courtyard. I love it when parks have a fitness room, just wish it had a door separating it from the common room for a little more privacy. Great stay very clean, well kept RV resort. Common and shared areas are super clean. As other mentioned lots of amenities, washer/dryers, kitchen, gym, horseshoes, bacci ball court, fire pits, picnic tables, dog run, The only dig i have is to keep on the residents about picking up after their dogs, while were there we did receive the Text keep at it. A little too active on the weekend evening... Great stay very clean, well kept RV resort. Common and shared areas are super clean. We needed a place to park while our daughter is having surgery and we are very happy we found this place. Checkin in was very pleasant and they were very helpful on the phone when we called. I highly recommend this place to stay if you are in the area. We have traveled through 4 states over the past 2 months and have stayed at a good handful of places. This was one of the best stop offs. We were stuck here during the ice storm and I am so grateful it was here we were stuck and not some of the other places we have stayed. The grounds were great and there was enough space to walk around with our dogs and enjoy. It was close enough to towns and the city but far enough where we could breathe and relax. I really liked the town Rowlett and there were some nice trails to walk around close by. Good spot to stay for a week glad we traveled here.
