The pictures DO NOT reflect the upkeep on this place. The pool didn’t open until the end of June. No weed eating was ever done! Mowing was maybe once every 2 weeks. The club house/office has potential, but isn’t very clean and needs updated furnishings! We have stayed in a lot of Rv parks traveling with my husband’s job, but this park offers a lot of amenities that are not good. The playground is... The club house/office has potential, but isn’t very clean and needs updated furnishings! We have stayed in a lot of Rv parks traveling with my husband’s job, but this park offers a lot of amenities that are not good. The playground is not good. Broken swings and steps. If you just need a place to park for the night…it will do, but for extended stay…don’t recommend. We were there for 4 months. All the buildings in this park are pitiful!

Has RV hook ups. Areas that you can walk your dog. It also has a building that you can just chill at. They also have community get-togethers where everybody can sit down and enjoy a meal and compensate if they want to.. during the summertime they have swimming pool and you could grill on a small barbecue or a bigger one like you were at a picnic area and Brown pool is not extremely deep but it doe... David, the owner, was very obliging and cordial! This is a very, very reasonably priced RV park, with full hook-ups and some fun amenities, all on a wooded lot. The pool looked beautiful, and I believe that there were a few games inside, but we didn't have time to enjoy any of it, sadly, since we got there in the late, late afternoon (and just stayed one night). There was WiFi and it worked great on my laptop. Other than the road noise, which was to be expected right on a 2-lane highway, and which calmed down after 11pm, it was a delightful location. The long-term residents were very quiet and so we had a lot of privacy. We would stay here again. Thanks, David!
