Wish I could give this 11 stars! Nice little place, close by freeway but tucked into nature listening to crickets and birds. We were greeted by Mac, the owner, who walked us to our site. My husband and him were former Navy bubble heads and hit it off talking about good ole days. He runs a nice place with full hook ups. Laundry mat, WiFi and trash. I hope our paths take us back here when we can spe... Wish I could give this 11 stars! Nice little place, close by freeway but tucked into nature listening to crickets and birds. Thank you for a beautiful night's rest, bonus listening to rain all night.

It's not a super fancy park with paved roads and pads, but what it is, is cozy and quiet. It is a smaller RV park, maybe has 20 spots. I work on the road for work, and this place is somewhere I'm comfortable. I don't have to stress if I forget to lock my door. The managers are very nice and accommodating. Has a laundry room that's open 24/7. Residents pretty much everyone keeps to themselves. Loca... It's not a super fancy park with paved roads and pads, but what it is, is cozy and quiet. Nice, clean and quaint with good full hookups for reasonable prices. The owners are super nice folks. Its close to grocery and gas, and right off of the interstate (but far enough you dont hear any traffic). The road coming in is a narrow paved country road but the trees are trimmed back way high. This place is a hidden gem! Will definitely be back.

The sites are a little close together, but the park is very quiet and well kept! Kim, the park host is fantastic, always around with a smile and a friendly wave! I’m currently on my third time staying here, as I have family in the area. The sites are very long, nice and level, and priced reasonably! The park is located in a great area, short trip to Johnson City or Marble Falls.

My time here have been great, good facilities bathrooms and laundry. 10 to 15 minutes to marble falls about 15 minutes to Johnson city. For the location the stars are amazing at night only beat by heading further west.

First of all the park managers are absolutely wonderful. He would do anything for you. The owners do not care if you are there or not here. These sites are unlevel they have potholes in the road. On my own personal experience. I had a small trailer there. She grabbed about it the owner and then I had my boat there for two days and she charge me a months rent. Then I actually worked on her trailer... Then I actually worked on her trailer and she did not want to pay me after about a week and a half. I finally got the money. And then I brought my golf cart out there and I was told I could not have a golf cart there and now then she has kept my deposit for no reason. There was another person there that told her the day after I moved her trailer that she was moving And she got all of her deposit back. This is not a good place to be the owners do not care to have anything to do with anybody. Douglas Lett

No WiFi, no dog park. Golf carts aren’t allowed. Lots of construction workers and trailer’s in and out of park. Dumpster sits in the mud and is used by construction crews always full. Sites are un level and hold water. The old man that’s the camp host is very nice and will pick up and drop off your propane. Showers and restrooms are very clean.
