The place has been through 3 owners in many years. The last 2, most recent and current thought about what they could get out of the park without investing back in the park. Not honoring lease or rental agreements made by previous owner. Especially after Beryl, there is lots of damage with trees and personal property that owners refuse to pay for. If you can blink and miss it, you're doing yourself... The place has been through 3 owners in many years. Especially after Beryl, there is lots of damage with trees and personal property that owners refuse to pay for. If you can blink and miss it, you're doing yourself a favor. Now, in all fairness, the most recent owner, days he had big plans for the place. However, he doesn't know how to talk to people and acts like everyone is beneath him. He interrupts people when they are talking and doesn't seem to worry about reviews or words of mouth. With that said, he wants everything to revolve around him, very narcissistic, misogynist, and Egotistical. Out side of Gavin's control, the construction on Hwy36 is so freaking close that if your not on the back of the park. You will have no peace until they are done with it. We live here for 6 years, not anymore.

We were there only one night, but our stay was fine. Our original spot wasn't available, but the owners let us know ahead of time and worked with us to get another spot. It was quiet and no one bothered us. Thank you!

The new owners haven't been here long but already have a new picnic area with pavilion bar b q area for residents enjoyment. They briefly discussed future beneficial enavations plans for upgrading with a up-to-date modern style cabin & more plans coming .. Very pleased with the professional manner & friendly encounters I've had ..5 Stars for sure ⭐

The new owners are making the RV Park look better. There is a pavilion with BBQ pit and picnic tables. There is free laundry room on site free wifi. The rates are the best around and great prices.

This place has been home for over a year, the staff are great, the other campers all seem nice, helpful, and it is quiet, a good place for families, maybe 10 or more miles to the surfside beach. but this place is part of a wonderful Jones Creek Community, they all reach out to help each other.
