Been here almost two years and I've enjoyed every moment! Management ensures the community is safe and well maintained. They are quick to send notices in times of bad weather and are always present on the grounds. Everyone takes pride in their homes. Animals are welcomed. The gravel road leads to a peaceful sanctuary. The rates are reasonable and the people are kind!

Great rv park. Mostly long term rentals, but luckily they had a few spots available for night use. Brad, the owner and his park manager are super friendly and helpful. Call before you come to make sure spots are available. They have laundry, but no shower/bathrooms. It is geared toward long term. There is a nice dog run, and its very quiet.

A hidden gem for sure. My family needed an RV park to finish our time in Texas and when the folks here made the process easy. Nice and quiet, just what we were looking for
