This a great campsite. Very secluded yet close to the ranger station. We were able to get to it in a minivan, but it was a bit bumpy and a taller vehicle would be easier. There is a shade shelter, a picnic table, and a fire ring along with a nicely cleared spot for a tent. Great central location to the entire park and great sunsets. The site does have a fire pit, picnic table, and awning at the site. I would recommend bringing 2 large tarps to suspend between the awning legs to help control wind through the eating / meal prep area.

Great views, plenty of room to set up, road ok, not far from Saucedo. I recommend walking the canyon loop close to camp early in the day for wildlife. Look for the old road up to the tank.
